Our Float & Flow classes are designed to familiarise you with the equipment we use and introduce you to basic paddling techniques.
We will then move through a series of gentle fluid movements linking mind, body and breathe concluding class with a soothing paddle on the water.
Our classes will build your confidence, core strength, improve your balance and enhance flexibility while being fun and carefree.
All ages and abilities welcome.
