Never SUP’d? Never practiced yoga? This class is just for you!

Our Rise & Flow class is designed to familiarise you with the equipment we use and introduce you to basic paddling techniques.

We will then move through a series of gentle fluid movements linking mind, body and breathe concluding class with a soothing paddle along the Swan River.

Our classes will build your confidence, core strength, improve your balance and enhance flexibility while being fun and carefree. 

All ages and abilities welcome.
